Prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s Church in Botswana Closed Down over ‘Miracle Money’

Flamboyant Malawian prophet, Shepherd Bushiri may have a lot of problems on his plate this year, the latest of which is the closure of the branch of his church in Botswana over ‘miracle money’.

According to Zambian Observer, the Botswana government closed down Bushiri’sEnlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church, after the church’s continuous violation of the law by practicing fake ‘miracle money’, despite numerous warnings from the government.

MInister Edwin Batshu has ordered that the church’s countrywide cells cease operations immediately.

However ECG Church officials in Botswana have reportedly appealed to the minister to reconsider the decision.
